How to Adjust or Reallocate User Credit Limits After Recent Pricing Update?

·Sep 16, 2026 03:27 PM·

Hi ! Since the recent pricing update, we’ve noticed that some of our users are running out of credits very quickly, while others barely use theirs by the end of the month. Is there a way to adjust or reallocate credit limits on a per-user basis? Thanks for your help!

Hello Hugo, It really depends on your Dust pricing plan. Which plan are you on? If you’re on the Business plan, each user gets 8,000 credits per month, which are replenished monthly and aren’t shared between users. You also have the option to increase that limit to 40,000 credits per month

Hello Axel. Indeed, we are on the Business plan. Are you asking because there are other plans that offer more flexibility regarding credit usage per user?
