Hi all When I have my agent copy an attached file of an email to my Google Drive it replaces letters with accent like é by _ , so for example 20261020_relevé_YTD.xlsx in attachment of email becomes 20261020_relev_.xlsx in Drive. Does this happen to you as well? Any way to fix this?

GPT Luna seems to say it's because of the import tool used by agent so it's managed by Dust. Please let me know if there is another channel to report this, I thought other users might have same issue so best sharing in Slack than by email. Thanks!

Hi all, Question about the Outlook Mail tool: is there any plan to support these actions?

Today the tool lets agents read messages, create and delete drafts, send mail, move messages between folders and manage contacts, but nothing to change a message's read state, flag or category (based on the Outlook docs page and the latest changelog entries). Use case: an agent triages a shared mailbox. We would like it to mark processed messages as read and tag them by category, so that the team can see at a glance what has been handled. For now we work around it by moving messages to a "Processed" subfolder, which is less convenient. Is this a known request, or is there another recommended way to do it? Thanks!

Hi everyone, We'd like our agents to search documents stored on a Synology NAS, and I couldn't find a native NAS / file server connector in Dust. Our setup: the NAS is only reachable on our local network (no public access), and we use Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, which is already supported by Dust's Microsoft connection. The option I'm considering: a one-way sync from the NAS to a dedicated SharePoint site with Synology Cloud Sync, then connecting that site to Dust. Two questions:

It's possible to add a real human in the loop into Dust a feature that bloc a worflow until someone didn't accept (it's only working with MCP action actualy)
