I'm not sure why you appear to have limited the number of input characters for a given question to an Agent 🥲
Why break something that worked rather fine before. That makes certain workflows more cumbersome handeling Intercom tickets or mails
Indeed, looks like I've been pointing my finger at the wrong party here. After testing copying and pasting to word it appears that the issue somewhere on intercoms side / that has probably to do with their dynamic / lazy loading practices ..
