Indeed, looks like I've been pointing my finger at the wrong party here. After testing copying and pasting to word it appears that the issue somewhere on intercoms side / that has probably to do with their dynamic / lazy loading practices ..

Concerns About Character Limit on Agent Questions in Intercom

Hi 👋 , I'm not sure why you appear to have limited the number of input characters for a given question to an Agent 🥲 Why break something that worked rather fine before. That makes certain workflows more cumbersome handeling Intercom tickets or mails

OpenAI Agent Error: Unrecognized Request Argument Issue

Hi , Ever since about half an hour ago I get the follwoing error thrown when trying to use no matter which agent using OPEN AI reasoning modules ERROR: Error running agent: [multi_actions_error] Error running agent: Error querying `openai:gpt-4.1-2025-04-14`: error=[model_error(retryable=, request_id=req_5ab6331a2df9323c520871916fb9fdc1false)] OpenAIError: [invalid_request_error] Unrecognized request argument supplied: reasoning_effort (code: multi_actions_error)

Error Message from Image Generation Toolkit Inspection

Hi Remi, As discussed in the previous thread, Image Generation unfortunately seems to always throw the same generic error message 😢 Here you go for the toolkit inspection of the thrown error & the set up of the admittedly very simply strucutred agent. I case that helps you to read out you back-end logs the latest conversation I tried ImageGen on is id:274878272246 and I tried around 16:45h 16th of May

Hi Remi , so yes it now seems like I'm abel to add Data Sources and reasoning again without having this error message 👍 I really don't think that I tried to set up anything MCP related though 🤷 I'm still having issues when I comes to imagae generations ( they seem to always fail ) would you like me create a sparate thread for this ?

And Image generation as well I reckon , is that now something available via Dust leveraging GPT 4.1 ? I perused the forum / slack community, but I did not come to a clear conclusion on that

Hi Adrien , I had added the a couple of company internal data sources , web search and Data Visualisation . Once I got rid off all that I was indeed able to save the Agent but it takes away quiet a bit from it I've got the feeling
