How to Request Indexing for Private Slack Channels

Hey! My company almost exclusively work with private channels (both external and internal channels), I looked in the docs and it seems if we want to index private channels that’s doable but we need to ask? If so, where do I reach out?

Alban Will that work for all past and future private channels or was it just activated for the channels where dust was already added?

Should work for past as well if you invite the dust bot there

Alright, then there might be some delay before those channels show up in the admin panel, I added the Dust app to 2 new channels but they don’t show in the connection settings yet
