Hello, we had an issue with the sync of private slack channels which suddenly stopped indexing, and we had to reconnect Slack. After that I believe we lost the ability to index private slack channels as I don’t see them in the admin anymore. could you have a look please?

Hey guys, any idea why the slack messages referenced by dust as source for generating the answer often points to messages that don’t really seem relevant at all? The answer would say for instance “Project will be delivered on march 31st [1]” and when I check the [1] reference it’s a message that is definitely not the source of that info (but the channel itself might be)

Hey! My company almost exclusively work with private channels (both external and internal channels), I looked in the docs and it seems if we want to index private channels that’s doable but we need to ask? If so, where do I reach out?
