Zendesk-Dust Integration: Issues with Access Message Explained

Hello ! I've successfully connected Zendesk and Dust:

  • Same email on both platforms

  • API key configured

  • Articles and tickets are syncing correctly

However, when I open a ticket in Zendesk, I see this message:

"You need a Dust.tt account to use this app. Please contact your administrator to enable access to Dust."

Any idea what could be causing this or how to resolve it? Thanks in advance for your help! πŸ™
