Yeah, I just plugged it in and it pulled out everything. That caused it to run 20k calls per hour, which hit the rate limits multiple times. Because of that (I presume), Zendesk blocked API access, telling us to get an upgrade or something to continue usage of the API.

Because of that, API access to my Zendesk environment is now blocked. So I can't access Dust from Zendesk anymore, and tickets are no longer sync'd to Dust.

Zendesk Integration Rate Limiting Details and Call Accumulation

What type of rate limiting is applied to the Zendesk integration? I just noticed we accumulated 300k+ calls in 3 days, averaging 20k calls per hour.

Not sure if this helps anyone, but I found out what the error was for me in setting up the connection. Turns out the 'region' option matters. I incorrectly assumed our workspace was in the 'eu' region, but it isn't. Leaving it blank turned out to work for me.
