Troubleshooting SharePoint Connection and PDF Sync Issues

Hi! I am trying to get my Sharepoint connection work. Strangely, it has picked up the requisite folders and some of the PDFs (there are only ~5 files) in the folders. Is there something I need to do to "force sync" the connection? Or is there any other reason why certain PDF files wouldn't be picked up?
