Per our agreement with OpenAI, they can’t retain any data from Dust or our customers.
They didn’t reach out to us to let us know this is now effective anymore.
The May 27 hearing will further address these preservation issues and the allegations of evidence destruction.
In the meantime, if you feel this is a sensitive topic for you and your company, you can use other models provided by Dust.
We will let you know if we receive new information from OpenAI.
