Troubleshooting SharePoint Connection and PDF Sync Issues

Hi! I am trying to get my Sharepoint connection work. Strangely, it has picked up the requisite folders and some of the PDFs (there are only ~5 files) in the folders. Is there something I need to do to "force sync" the connection? Or is there any other reason why certain PDF files wouldn't be picked up?

Is PDF Parsing Supported by Default or Only on Request?

Hi, the docs say that PDF parsing is only supported by request. Is that still the case?
