Does HubSpot Allow Read-Only Data Access Like Notion?

Am I correct in assuming that, by using "Hubspot as a tool," I will not be able to establish a connection like we have with Notion (read only, for context purpose) but that the tool is focussed on taking actions? Has anyone established a connection to Hubspot successfully that helps their agents gain context only (companies, contacts, deals, emails/interactions saved in Hubspot, etc.)?

Yes, hubspot tool can "get data" like tickets, company, deal etc ... to be honest, I kept Hubspot as a datasource too, sometimes it is just quicker & more efficient

thanks but doesnt this give you only very limited data?

(no visiblity into multiple deals into multiple deals with the same company, no possiblity to source info from emails exhanged, etc.

you can adjust the script or ask your agent to use HS tool if it needs more info.
