Automating Meeting Prep Materials for CSMs Using Google Calendar

Hello, I have a use case but I'm not sure if it's doable: At 7 AM, I want to send meeting preparation materials to each CSM for their daily meetings by scanning their individual Google calendars. I'm using Pipedream or Zapier. Is there a way to use Google Calendar integration for each CSM using their individual tokens? If not, are there any other automation options available at a personal level? Thanks

yes, especially as we can't use the google chrome extension. My workaround is to download the doc as a PDF and attach it

Yes, hubspot tool can "get data" like tickets, company, deal etc ... to be honest, I kept Hubspot as a datasource too, sometimes it is just quicker & more efficient
