[ Dust application in Zendesk workspace ]

I'm currently benchmarking Ticketing Tools and I am now in an advanced discussions with Zendesk. After watching the insightfull Dust Session For Builders on Zendesk connector video, I would be very curious to understand in real life how it is working on your organization. Would anyone using Dust inside Zendesk be available for a short talk in the coming days?
