Troubleshooting Lost Indexing in Private Slack Channels

Hello, we had an issue with the sync of private slack channels which suddenly stopped indexing, and we had to reconnect Slack. After that I believe we lost the ability to index private slack channels as I don’t see them in the admin anymore. could you have a look please?
