Urgent Help Needed: Credit Access Blocked Despite Subscription Renewal and Extra Purchases

Hi everybody, I’m already in touch with support, but things aren’t moving fast enough and I’m currently unable to work. Dust is telling me that I’ve run out of credits and that I need to wait another day before I can use them again, even though my subscription is due to renew today. I also already purchased €5 worth of extra credits to keep me going until the renewal, but I’m still blocked. Could someone please help me resolve this as soon as possible? It’s quite urgent as I’m currently unable to work. Thank you!
