Hi Dust team, I'm sorry but the 25 msg/7 day on premium model makes the product simply unusable like you are constantly switch to a bad model that simply breaks the conversation

Hi Mathieu Occhipinti! thanks for the feedback! For most members, this shouldn't be an issue, as they have migrated to the new usage-based pricing, which does not have this constraint in place. However, if your company is still on their prior Entreprise contract, these limits apply until the renewal to the new model. I can have a Dust AE check-in with your contract admin. Usually, companies with multiple users in your situation go for an early renewal, that could be a way forward. Let me know in DMs!
