What does “md with comments” mean when downloading a file?

hey all. Since today, when I want to download a md file, I have option md or md with comments. I don’t know what “with comments” means. It doesn’t change anything when I download it, and I don’t see a feature where I could add comments. Anyone has figure it out this new thing?
