Posting Messages on Slack via Dust App or Bots Without User Credentials: Best Practices and Experiences

Hi everyone 👋 I have a question about the ability to post messages on Slack. My agents currently rely on the user's credentials, but I'd for those messages to be posted via the Dust app or another bot/agent if this is not possible. I'm reading from this page that using bot credentials is possible, but it's not clear if we also need to create a bot or if it can post via the Dust app. I'm asking this because a colleague has agents who post on Slack via the Dust app, but mine cannot and they're all using the same Slack tool, so I'm a bit lost... Does anyone have experience with this use case and succeeded to post on Slack without user credentials?
