Hey team! Quick question: would it be possible to create an Agent that helps generate LinkedIn post or community debate based on other sources? I was thinking of feeding it sources like subreddits or LinkedIn search results based on specific keywords. But I’m not sure how deep the URLs need to be... → For Reddit: is a simple subreddit URL enough, or do we need to provide specific threads? → For LinkedIn: can we just use a search URL with keywords, or does it need to point to individual posts? Curious if anyone’s tried something like this! 🙏
Hey Eloïse Barrège 👋 The question is how easily accessible is the data for agents (i.e can the agent scrape the content). Linkedin is known to be very difficult to scrape. Regardless of what url you give, your agent will struggle getting the content from there. An approach that works well is to use email newsletters as input. You can sign up to a bunch of newsletters, assign a tag using "filters" in Gmail and push them in a Dust folder using Make. Once in Dust, you can plug it to an agent with "Include data" tool. This is what I did to generate the newsletters in Job Opportunities
Hey Remi thanks for your feedback! I love that newsletter use case. I'm still interested in trying to plug some subreddits to an Agent. If you know anyone who uses reddit as input, it'd be super usefull! Anyway I'll do some tests :)
