Haven't started digging but noticed they have webhooks and zapier integration. Wondering if there's a quickwin solution or best practices worth sharing ?

If they have a Zaper/Make triggers, you can use it to create a simple flow that runs an agent or store the transcript in a Dust folder using the Dust node. It's relatively straightforward! Let me know if you have any questions.

Unfortunately, even though they transcribe everything, contrast doesn't have an API endpoint to access transcripts so the only way to extract them is to do it manually
