Issues with Claude Agents Not Responding Correctly

Hey! my Claude connected agents are acting weird since yesterday: they just say "let me search in XX data source" without giving any answer or error message - just switched this one to Gpt and working well again Any idea why?

Are they on Claude 4?

If yes you might want to go on your agent builder, in the "Tools & Knowledge" tab and increase the "max steps per run" settings 🙏🏻

no! Claude 3.5 Sonnet - just tried to increase the max steps per run but does not change anything
