Will Changing Notion Folder Name Affect Dust Syncing?

Hi ! If I change the name of a folder in Notion, will it still stay synced with Dust? And if I move the folder elsewhere, will Dust still be able to follow it?

Hi Pauline! Yes, it stays synced. Dust tracks by internal ID, not name. Moving folders: 🤔 Depends where you move it: • Within synced areas → Should stay synced (may have a brief delay) • Outside synced top-level pages → Will stop syncing ❌ • From outside into synced area → Should start syncing (may need manual trigger) Dust only syncs content within the original "Top Pages" you selected during setup. Move stuff outside those boundaries = loses sync. Best practice: Keep reorganizing within your original synced top-level pages to avoid issues.
