Troubleshooting DUST: Preventing Incorrect Responses During Connectivity Issues

Hello everyone, I am reaching out to you regarding an issue we are experiencing with the use of DUST. We have developed a Data Analyst type assistant, which was working perfectly until we started encountering incorrect responses due to connection issues with snowflake. Do you have any tips to help us control the assistant’s responses and prevent it from making up answers when the connection is down, please? Furthermore, we have specified into the assistant's instructions to not provide answers in case of connection failures. This sentence seems not to work. Thank you !
