Can’t see any pages from my Confluence Cloud Free connection

i've created a Connection to Confluence, but (even a day later) under Select Pages i just see No documents. We're using Confluence Cloud on the Free plan, and I'm an organisation admin. Has anyone else experienced problems with connecting to confluence on the free plan?
