How to Stop an App Stuck in Running State: Seeking Solutions

Hi all! I have an app that's stuck in "running" state with no error, no timeout, and no way to stop it manually, which has made my entire app unusable (even agent calls are blocked). How to stop it? Thank you in advance for your help.
