Users Unable to Upload Documents to Spaces Except Managers and Admins – Need Permission Help

Hi everyone, Until last week (or so), users could upload documents to Spaces / Company data but when they tried this morning they couldn't, only Managers and Admin could. I can't find any setting in the permissions to fix this, can someone help me?
