Our use case for now would be to give an agent access to Hubspot tickets as a verctorized database where it can do semantic search.

Interested too ! For CSM use case, we want to get ready before a customer meeting : Last support requests (we are using HubSpot help desk), deal report, recap of the last meetings (we sync meeting recording with Hubspot)
Many of the tickets we receive are for my team to start work. We've built bots to help with that, now I'm looking for a way for those tickets to trigger the bots so they can get to work while we're sleeping 🙂. Then we come in and polish the work up before delivery.
