Improving Notion: Automate Data Inclusion for Better Access Management
Hello, I have noticed that when selecting a Notion page in data sources selection, database views or mentions of other Notion pages in it are not included in the data. Am I the only one that this disturbs? I think itād be a great product improvement if adding a page could automatically add all mentions in the page! Usecases: 1) itās very un-practical (and counter-intuitive) that to grant access to an agent to everything in e.g. the āfeature 1ā folder, I need to go on Notion and check all the links on all pages in that folder and add the corresponding original sources manually. 2) we have a few centralized databases used by multiple teams: we have other pages referencing views of these databases specifically to group relevant information together -> granting only access to selected views allow for more precise agents.
