Key UI/UX Feedback for Improving Mirakl Conversations and Websites

Hi everyone, I’d like to share the most common UI/UX feedback raised at Mirakl:

Ability to edit a message in a conversation and resume from that context.
Option to organize conversations hierarchically into folders.
Ability to delete a conversation directly from the chat menu (an icon on the right for each conversation).
Option to add a website to the knowledge base during agent creation.
Ability to structure websites hierarchically (by folders).
