Troubleshooting Audio File Upload Issues in Dust Platform

Hi guys, have you ever tried uploading an audio file in-conversation for an agent to analyse it ? I juste saw this info in the official documentation, but Dust keeps sending me an error log. The file is under 25 MB and on the MP3 format, any advice ?
