Gong Call Analysis Agent: Seeking Help with URL and Metadata

Hello, I'm working on a gong call analysis agent - has someone succeeding in:

pulling gong urls
adding additional meta data or fields ? i.e we want to narrow the analysis to only our Mid-market accounts

Hey Y Son Nguyen 👋 thanks for your question. If you are using the native connection, the URL should be available. For new meta-data or fields, Dust doesn't have a way to do it natively. You'd need to recreate the connection using the API. Hi, can you let us know howyou segregate mid-market calls? Is that a specific tag in gong?

Using the native integration I cannot retrieve the URL (it's not present in the transcript raw content for example) - to retrieve the URLs what type of data source needs to be added ? Include or Extract ?
Mid-Market account is a field we created in Salesforce at the Account level:
this field is in Gong as well so is that considered as a tag ? If not what can be considered as a tag?
What I also tried was importing to dust our full account list (accounts considered as "mid market") as a table or csv and added the file as a data source - but Dust as trouble matching these accounts (inacurate data or accounts are not found) and the transcripts for these accounts

and it seems that some our gong transcripts are missing - what would be the best way to proceed ? Do you want me to send an email to the support ?
