Hello, anyone who built an agent which will extract links & docs from a slack channel to do a weekly recap ? I.E we have one #news channel, in which our teams share news related to our industry, and the goal would be to get a recap each week
Using the native integration I cannot retrieve the URL (it's not present in the transcript raw content for example) - to retrieve the URLs what type of data source needs to be added ? Include or Extract ?
Mid-Market account is a field we created in Salesforce at the Account level:
this field is in Gong as well so is that considered as a tag ? If not what can be considered as a tag?
What I also tried was importing to dust our full account list (accounts considered as "mid market") as a table or csv and added the file as a data source - but Dust as trouble matching these accounts (inacurate data or accounts are not found) and the transcripts for these accounts
