Seeking Feedback on Long-Term Support for Dust Integration Services
Hey! Iām looking for feedbacks from consultants who help company to integrate Dust. With Melvin Duveau, we are starting to sell this kind of services. We are trying to build the right offer and I think, beyond agents creation, thereās a big challenge of mid/long-term support to ensure Dust is adopted internally. So, we need to sell a long term training/customer support/customer success/maintenance service, but this kind of service is difficult to sell to a decision-maker (itās like insurance, nobody wants to pay for it but when you need it youāre happy to have it š). So weāre looking for the right way to package it. Any feedbacks on this would be really helpful from consultants like us and also from company and decision-maker (What would be the best service for you?)
