Troubleshooting Chrome Extension Issues: Error with Text and Screenshot Attachments

Hello, I’ve recently discovered & installed the chrome extension (0.0.16) but when I try to “attach text from page” or “attach page screenshot” I always get the error attached and no response: is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?

NB:
It works fine when I ask questions without attaching anything (but it loses a lot of its interest)
If I open the conversation on the webpage, I see the agent’s response (!)
I tried mostly to attach from gmail & google sheet
