Troubleshooting Dust with Google Drive Integration Issues

Hey community I may be missing something here I did set up dust with a connected google drive and added that to my space But when i request dust about content of my drive I get strictly no results

When you go in “spaces” and to company > google drive Do you see the folders and pages?

Yes As you can see on screenshot attached

2024 and 2025 contain about 100 PDFs each

Ah I see, by default PDFs aren’t integrated in Dust. They used to add too much noise. Can you send an email to support@dust.tt to activate it for your workspace?

Ok I better understand the problem now :-) Will do And last question : I loaded our website urls in the website section I see all the URLs it scanned But when i request topics mentioned on our website It does not seem to return answers either Is it also manually activable ?

When you go in the settings for the website, do you see the list of pages ? Do you see the page where the info you are looking for is?

Ah, by default, the generic Dust agent doesn't look into folder & website data sources. You need to (i) create a dedicated agent (ii) edit the settings of the Dust agent from the "manage agent page". For (ii) you need to be workspace admin. 😊
