Troubleshooting Dust App Issue with HR Tool Access
Hello, One of my agents uses a Dust App that retrieves data from our HR tool. It used to function properly, but it no longer works and I can’t figure out why. When I run the App directly, it returns the expected results, so I don’t believe the problem lies there. However, when the agent tries to use the same App, it reports that the tool is unavailable. I’ve even tried recreating the App from scratch, but the issue persists. It’s worth noting that the agent successfully uses other Dust Apps without any problems. It seems that, for some reason, the agent fails to trigger this particular App, even though it appears in the list of available tools. Has anyone encountered something similar or can offer some guidance?
