Troubleshooting Dust Bot Access in Multiple Slack Workspaces
Hello, guys I'm David, data engineer based in France 🇫🇷 We're having a problem with using Dust in Slack. I'm unable to make the Dust Slack bot available on two different Slack workspaces. On this first screenshot, we can see that two Slack workspaces are indeed present in the "Connections Admins" tab. On this second screenshot, we can see that my Dust agent does have access to two channels on two different workspaces. However, on the third screenshot, I am in my agent's "Settings" tab, I click on "Slack preferences," but here I don't have access to the channel I'm interested in: "tests-llm-offre". Can you explain why the Slack channel "tests-llm-offre" is available as a data source but not as a channel where it's possible to listen and respond to a question? Thanks guys ☀️
