How to Adjust Steps for Each Run: Feature Inquiry

hey, we use to be able to adjust the number of steps for each run. I can’t find the feature anymore. Is there a reason behind? How can I adjust this now?

Tifany Clemenceau The team decided to simplify and simply make it high enough so you don't have to think about it. Are you facing issues with the number of steps for your agent?

I had an issue with one agent about the context windows. I thought by increasing the number of steps, that could fix it. But I’m gonna try something else then

So Remi is it 24 by default for all agents ?

it's 128 steps max for all agents now

Don’t we have a risk of agent that will take 30min to do a task instead of 1min30 before with this parameter ???

You can always add "don't use more than 5 steps" in the instructions to limit the risk 😊 might not be exact but it won't run forever
