Issues Uploading CSV Files and Email Support Challenges

Hi, I'm trying to upload a few CSV files but somehow it fails (Failed to upsert file) without further details. I tried to reach out to help@dust.tt - as advised by the help agent - but it says the email address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

As per your question, there is a file size limit of 50MB. Also, it doesn't map the csv perfectly if the first row isn't the columns title. Can you confirm that neither apply in your case? 🙏

indeed, my files seem to meet both requirements: 5 MB and first row are the columns title
