Logging Agent Messages for QA: Best Tools and Tips

Hello! Has anyone set up a workflow where every message sent to a specific agent, along with the agent's answers, is logged somewhere for QA purposes? I’m thinking of sending these logs to something like JIRA, but I’m flexible on the destination/tool. I was initially looking at Dust apps for this, but since they’re being retired, I’m curious what the current best options are. Any tips or recommendations for the easiest way to set this up?
