Hi Guy - I just tested on my end and until I pasted a correct service account key with the right roles, etc.. I was also having it greyed out... Once I got the right one it worked

I created the rights via a different email from my dust account. Does this have any impact?
We have stitch on our side, which creates the tables. Same, does this have any impact?

Adding update here for others in the community: sometimes we need to wait a few seconds after pasting the service account key for the key to register and the next step (region selection) to be made available.
