Issues Downloading CSV Output File: Need Help!

Hello, I have been trying to download a csv output file for 24 hours, the link is not working, and the agent cant upload to Drive. What can I do? Thanks for any idea to sort this out!

Did you select the tool "file generation" in your agent's settings? This is what allows your agent to create files.

What do you mean? All your conversations in Dust? Do you confirm you didn't already delete them?
