Troubleshooting PDF Upload Errors: Solutions for 15MB Files

Hello! Each time I try to upload a PDF a run into an error, any idea how I can fix this? The PDF are 15 Mo and 1 page only (these a customer journeys maps).

On the fifth attempt it uploaded 1 file of the batch though

So did it end up working? It's strange, I don't recognize the Dust interface

Yes it did, took me 15mn but it did.

The system might have been saturated for a little bit. Can you let me know if the errors persist?🙏
