Seeking Confirmation on LLM Use with Zendesk and Snowflake

Hello ! One question to the Dust team, do you have a confirmation / agreement from Zendesk and Snowflake that confirm that we can use LLM within their platforms? My legal department ask me these questions (🫠), which you may have already the answer. Rather than trying to connect with these platforms legal departments (which will take ages) 🙂

Workaround for Documents Stuck in Syncing Issues

Is there some workaround when there is a document that is stuck in syncing ? Also, when looking at my syncing queue I have more than 1k of file waiting, that I would like to dismiss

Update if someone is experiencing the same issue, Stephen (Dust) brought me this extra information : Dust is using the "citation" feature from the LLM itself, which needs to be prompted accordingly in 3.7 https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/build-with-claude/citations

Future Plans for European-Compliant LLMs and API Integration

Hello! The clients I work for usually have strong policies regarding LLM data compliance / server locations, which can be a reason to turn down Dust, while they do have LLMs hosted on Azure and AWS and so on... Is there any plan in the future for integrating those "European compliant hosted" models (aside Mistral) or allow to connect our own API Keys in order to run the assistants with the model of our choice (I understand it is available for Dust APP but an not sure about an assistant) ?
