Hi dust team, I received the "quota exceeded message" in 2 consecutive days, and after checking the usage on statistics I'm not seeing the usage limit exceeded. especially today 23 June, my statistics say I used 28 messages, and yet I'm receiving this message again. Yesterday was the very first time I received this quota message, after more than a year of being a dust user, and I'm pretty sure I had a heavier usage days in the past year. I'm not sure if it's a bug or something I'm not aware of. Thanks ๐ in advance for looking into this.
Hello YoiHito, messages "used" using the API doesn't appear in the Dashboard in the admin tab. However, it does appear when you export the usage csv. Can you confirm that you have more messages displayed in the activity csv? Note: API usage includes Dust API/ Zapier/n8N/Gsheet extension/ etc. One can reach the limit quickly once we start automating Dust using other tools ๐
