Troubleshooting Dust Integration: Slack Access Issue

Hey, I hope someone can help me understand this issue: I’ve connected both Google Drive and Slack to Dust. The agents seem to have access to my Drive, but not to my Slack, which is surprising since I followed all the steps carefully. As a result, I’m unable to test an agent within Slack. On Dust, I see that no agent is using slack Would it be possible to get some help with this, please?

Jordan Diounou When you click on Slack under "Open Spaces", Can you click "Add data from slack" and select channels?

Ok I get what you mean, is it normal the difference between Manage Slack and add data from Slack?

When you add channels within a connection settings, they are not yet available to other. You first need to manually decide which channels to add in which spaces (incl. your public space) This is to give full control to the admin regarding what’s made available to everyone vs not.
