Troubleshooting HubSpot MCP Connection Issues and License Concerns

I am trying to connect Hubspot MCP (I am a Dust Admin/in the company tools) as a tool (with personal credentials) and get this error message - Is that an issue on the Hubspot side or could it be related to my Hubspot license (I am not an Admin in Hubspot)?

Hi Marc-Alexander Vetter can you try again? We've switched a little bit the scopes necessary to connect with your personal accounts - but yes, it's surely linked to your account not having enough permissions to use the tool with personal access

If you can talk to a hubspot admin, these are the scopes your account needs to be able use this tool:

Thanks! To clarify, does every user who wants to use HubSpot MCP later need this scope, or is it just needed for the one user who set up the company connection in Dust?

If you pick 'workspace' wide connection, only the main user (other users will not be prompted to connect when using it). If you pick personal connection, every user needs to

And is there a chance to only give read and no write rights?
