Creating a Dust App: Subscription and API Requirements Explained

Hello, I am interested in creating a Dust App, but I currently do not see it available on the dust.tt website when I’m signed in. From what I have understood, to get this functionality, I would have to have a subscription to say OpenAi’s API and link it to my dust account? Thank you for your time and help 🙂.
