Hi all, pretty basic question that @help wasn't able to solve though. I try to build an assistant using my google drive as a tool. I have added it to admin sources and to "company data", but it still not showing up when setting up my assistant (the button "select data sources" in search remains grey). What did I miss ? many thanks !
Thanks for your question! This is strange 👀 Do you see folders/files in the "Google Drive" under company data? Maybe a hard refresh can help?
Thank you Remi. Yes all the folders and files did show up. browser refresh does not solve the pb.
Can you try creating a folder under "company data", create a random doc in it and then try to connect it to the assistant with a search tool. I want to see if the problem is with the connection or the assistant setup 😊
I did that (one single word doc under "folders", see attached picture). Same outcome...
all right: I tried another hard refresh, and now it is working !! (maybe you've done something ? or a random server issue). In any case: thank you for your help !!
